Shipments will be made via UPS or FedEx at our discretion when your order meets the carrier's requirements. We will choose the best method for products that are beyond the range of UPS and FedEx guidelines. For large orders that exceed UPS and FedEx standard shipping methods, we will use FedEx Freight. All shipping charges will be invoiced as "Shipping and Handling." All claims or damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the package. All shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours od receipt of goods.
